THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE FUNDING AND SUPPORT TO ITS SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION, EDWARD CHARLES FOUNDATION (ECF). THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF ECF BY CONDUCTING AND SUPPORTING CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT CARRY OUT THE CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF ECF.
