ESTABLISH KINGDOM ON EARTH CHURCHES FOR THE MINORITIES, NAMELY THE HMONG ANDNON-HMONG GROUPS BOTH IN THE UNITED STATES AND SOUTHEAST ASIA COUNTRIES. THE GOALS ARE TO DEVELOP BIBLICAL EDUCATION, ECONOMY, GOVERNING AND SERVICES PROGRAMS AND PROJECTS FOR THE KINGDOM ON EARTH DENOMINATIONAL PRACTICES BOTH IN THE UNITED STATES AND ABROAD.
