Mission Statement

The primary mission of the Kiwanis Club of Long Beach is to promote social welfare in our local community. We do this by: 1) bringing together local businesses and other persons in a social environment, typically luncheon meetings, where new members have a chance to introduce themselves and also state their purpose for being in business. This activity allows for networking among local community members; 2) helping our local kids one need at a time. We are dedicated to providing children in need with the tools and opportunities that lead to lifelong success. We believe in changing the world one child at a time. The Club works closely with our local school social workers and community leaders to provide assistance to the children who need it most.
