WE TARGET SERVICES TO SENIORS, LOW-INCOME FAMILIES AND DISABLED HOUSEHOLDS WITH THE GREATEST SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC NEED. WE IMPROVE OUR SERVICES AND PROGRAMS THROUGH ON-GOING MONITORING AND ASSESSMENT TO ENSURE THAT THEY MEET THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF CLIENTS.
