KLEINMAN HOLOCAUST EDUCATION CENTER, INC. ("KHEC") IS A PUBLIC CHARITY THAT IS FORMED TO EXPEND, CONTRIBUTE, DISBURSE AND OTHERWISE DISPOSE OF ITS MONEY, INCOME AND OTHER PROPERTY TO TEACH THE HISTORY OF THE HOLOCAUST, THE LESSONS TO BE LEARNED THERE FROM; AND TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, BOOKS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS RELATIVE THERETO.
