PROVIDED EYE EXAMS,OPHTALMIC TREATMENTS AND SURGERIES,DENTAL EXAMS,AND PLASTIC SURGERIES FOR PERSONS OF LIMITED FINANCIAL MEANS. THE MEDICAL GRANT WAS FOR THE 20% COST OF AN OPERATION MICROSCOPE FOR EYE SURGERY.
