THE DISTRICT COUNCIL IS AFFILIATED WITH THE LABORERS' INTERNATIONAL UNION OF NORTH AMERICA AND CHARTERED BY IT. ITS MEMBERSHIP CONSISTS OF 11 DELEGATES FROM THE AFFILIATED LOCAL UNIONS 472 AND 172.
