THE EFFORTS MADE BY LEAP HELP TO REJUVINATE THE LOCAL WORKFORCE, LESSEN THE STRAIN ON LOCAL RESOURCES, HELP REDUCE CRIME IN OUR COMMUNITIES AND REDUCE RECIDIVISM.
