Mission Statement

The name of this corporation is Lake Camelot Association, INC. It is a Mississippi non-profit corporation. The purpose for which the corporation is created is to promote the cleanliness, health and improvement of Lake Camelot and the common areas thereof and to regulate, maintain and control a non-profit civic or community lake, boat landing and access thereto for the purpose of fishing, boating, swimming, and other related recreational sports. Solicit and accept contributions of money and property, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, grants from foundations, and federal or other governmental sources, and to accept devises, bequests and gifts of all property whether received through trust, endowments, deeds of gift, annuities, policies of insurance or otherwise, and to use and administer such property for the furtherance of the corporate purpose. To buy, sell, mortgage or lease realty or personality and to establish banking accounts.
