TOP PRIORITY IS GIVEN TO AMERICA'S MOST SENIOR VETERANS, SURVIVORS OF WWII, FOLLOWED BY KOREAN AND VIETNAM WAR VETERANS WITH A TERMINAL ILLNESS WHO WISH TO VISIT THEIR MEMORIAL.
