To insure the present and future character and welfare of the development of land known as Lake Tranquility, within the Township of Green, Sussex County, NJ. To promote the welfare, pleasure, entertainment, socialbility, good fellowship, intellectual, and recreational interests of its members. To provide for the care and maintenance of all association properties. To pay the taxes and assessments on all club owned property. To be at all times not for financial profit.
