PROVIDE LAKE WASHINGTON INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY THE MARGIN OF SUPPORT NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE AND TO EXPAND THE FINANCIAL BASIS FOR QUALITY THAT LIES BEYOND THE SCOPE OF LEGISLATIVE FUNDING THROUGH INDIVIDUAL, CORPORATE, AND COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS.
