THIS ORGANIZATION WAS FORMED TO MONITOR AND CONTROL MEDICAL PERSONNEL WHO HAVE WORK PRIVILEGES AT lAKEVIEW HOSPITAL, FOSTER GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN MEDICAL STAFF AND HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT, HELP MEDIATE GRIEVANCES BETWEEN STAFF AND MANAGEMENT, OFFER SUPPORT WITH DONATIONS TO SMALL LOCAL CHARITIES, AND FOSTER COOPERATIVE RELATIONSHIPS AMONG MEDICAL STAFF WORKERS.
