Our organization is organized to 1 organize a summer swim league for recreational swimmers 2 provide opportunities that promote the personal development of recreational swimmers 3 encourage disciplined personal commitment as a key factor in skill development of recreational swimmers 4 provide opportunities for participation in fair and friendly swim meet competitions for recreational swimmers 5 provide recognition of the personal efforts and accomplishments of recreational swimmers and 6 conduct or engage in any other lawful business or activities for which nonprofit corporations may be organized under the Missouri Nonprofit Corporation Act, as now enacted or hereafter amended, provided that this Corporation shall not carry on any activity that is not permitted to be carried on by a corporation exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501c7 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as now enacted or hereafter amended.
