TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO REFUGEES, DIVERSE IMMIGRANT, AND LOW-INCOME US BORN POPULATION TO ACHIEVE SELF-SUFFICIENCY. PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO REFUGEES IN ADAPTING TO LIFE IN THE UNITED STATES AND IN ACHIEVING SELF-SUFFICIENCY BY PROVIDING EDUCATION AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES.
