TO ASSIST CURRENT AND RETIRED MEMBERS OF THE LAS VEGAS CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT WITH HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICE PROGRAMS, AND TO HELP DEFRAY MEDICAL INSURANCE PREMIUM COSTS FOR THE RETIRED MEMBERS.
