Mission Statement

TO ORGANIZE AS MEMBERS, LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS AND THEIR SUPPORTIVE PERSONNEL FOR THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AND TO ACT AS THE LABOR REPRESENTATIVE AND BARGAINING AGENT OF ITS MEMBERS AND TO DEAL WITH PUBLIC EMPLOYERS CONCERNING GRIEVANCES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT, INCLUDING WAGES, HOURS AND WORKING CONDITIONS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT LABOR RELATIONS ACT OF 1971, AS AMENDED.
