TO PROVIDE A NETWORK FOR LAWRENCE AND MERCER COUNTIES, PENNSYLVANIA MANUFACTURERS TO IDENTIFY COMMON CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES, SHARE IDEAS AND COLLECTIVELY CHAMPION SOLUTIONS TO ADDRESS THE PRIORITY NEEDS OF THE INDUSTRY, PARTICULARLY AS IT RELATES TO WORKFLORCE DEVELOPMENT.
