TO PRESERVE THE CIVIL JUSTICE SYSTEM, JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE AND THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN KANSAS AND TO RAISE THE STANDARD OF PROFESSIONAL SKILLS, ETHICS, AND CLIENT REPRESENTATION AMONG CURRENT AND FUTURE MEMBERS OF THE PLAINTIFFS BAR.
