Mission Statement

LINCs purpose, as specified in its bylaws is, directly or indirectly, to create, own, operate, manage, provide assistance to or procure low and moderate cost housing with or without supportive social services or assistance with the tasks of daily living, to lessen the burdens of government, and to combat community deterioration.
