THE MEN TO BE SERVED ARE PRIMARILY ONES IN RECOVERY FROM DRUG AND ALCOHOL ADDICTION INCLUDING THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM HOMELESSNESS DUE TO RECENT RELEASE FROM INCARCERATION.
