THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO ELIGIBLE CHILDREN OF MEMBERS OF THE INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEERS LOCAL 15, 15A, 15B, 15C, 15D, 15G, 15H, AFL-CIO.
