THIS CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED SOLELY FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES, FOR ALL PURPOSES PERMITTED BY SECTION 501 (C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND MORE SPECIFICALLY, TO PROVIDE FOR DISASTER RELIEF ASSISTANCE TO CITIZENS OF LOUISIANA WHO ARE MEMBERS OF LABOR UNIONS REPRESENTING LABOR UNIONS.
