Mission Statement

The fund is created, established, and maintained for the purpose of creating an industry-wide committee designed to improve labor-management relationships. To improve communications between the Union and the employers and provide a forum for discussion and development of matters of mutual interest, to identify and expand work opportunities for Employees and Employers in the most effective matter possible, To improve efficiency in operations and the economic competitiveness of the industry, to establish and maintain mechanisms for monitoring and enforcing compliance to governmental laws, rules, regulations and standards governing or affecting the industry.
