TO ESTABLISH, ADMINISTER, AND MAINTAIN A BENEVOLENT FUND TO PROVIDE PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR MEDICAL INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR RETIRED OR DISABLED FULL-TIME LOCKPORT TOWNSHIP FIRE FIGHTERS AND/OR THEIR SPOUSES, ALL FOR CHARITABLE OR BENEVOLENT PURPOSES.
