TO OPERATE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE BENEFIT OF LONG BEACH RESCUE MISSION, A CALIFORNIA NONPROFIT CORPORATION, AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS THAT ARE CLOSELY RELATED IN PURPOSE OR FUNCTION TO LONG BEACH RESCUE MISSION AND WHICH ARE PUBLICLY SUPPORTED AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 509(A)(1) OR 509 (A)(2) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE.
