TO EXAMINE AND DEVELOP PROGRESSIVE INITIATIVES, PROPOSALS AND SOLUTIONS IN AREAS AFFECTING WORKERS' RIGHTS, WAGES, HEALTH AND SAFETY. TO HELP CREATE FAIR COMPETITION FOR LEGITIMATE EMPLOYERS WHO ABIDE BY FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS.
