Long Valley Health Center is a rural community federally qualified health clinic offering primary health care services, including physical examination, dental services, acupuncture, well baby check and immunizations. Long Valley Health Center will work to improve the quality of life for all people of Northern Mendocino County by providing, in a respectful and compassionate manner, the most comprehensive and highest quality, integrated health care services possible.
