THE LDC PROVIDES BASIC NEEDS SUCH AS EMERGENCY FOOD, CLOTHING, HYGIENE PRODUCTS, AND NECESSARY HOUSEHOLD ITEMS TO THOSE IN NEED OR IN CRISIS.
