Mission Statement

THE LOREN MILLER BAR FOUNDATION PROVIDES THE PHILIP L. BURTON MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP TO DESERVING THIRD-YEAR LAW STUDENTS OF AFRICAN-AMERICAN DESCENT AND/OR LAW STUDENTS WHO POSSESS A DEMONSTRATED COMMITMENT TO IMPROVING THE AFRICAN-AMERICAN COMMUNITY.
