TO GENERATE AND USE RESOURCES THAT EMPOWER SECTION 8 OF THE U.S. HOUSING ACT AND PUBLIC HOUSING RESIDENTS IN L.A. COUNTY TO FULLY AND SUCCESSFULLY PARTICIPATE IN THE MAINSTREAM ECONOMY TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, AND SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESIDENT OWNED BUSINESSES.
