THE LOUISIANA COALITION AGAINST HUMAN TRAFFICKING WAS ESTABLISHED TO COMBAT THE RAPIDLY GROWING EPIDEMIC OF COMMERCIAL LABOR AND SEX SLAVERY IN LOUISIANA BY:ESTABLISHING A FREE INDEED HOME FOR THE RESTORATION AND HEALING FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE SEX TRAFFICKING VICTIMS.ESTABLISHING A LAW ENFORCEMENT/JUDICIARY AWARENESS/EDUCATION PROGRAM REGARDING HUMAN TRAFFICKING LAWS USING CONFERENCES AND CLASSES SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR THEM.DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING A PROTOCAL FOR THE RESCUE AND RESTORE OPERATION OF MONORS VICTIMS OF SEX TRAFFICKING FROM THE POINT OF CONTACT ON THE STREETS TO THE MONITORING OF THEIR WHEREABOUTS AND LIFE STATUS IN FOSTER CARE OR FINAL PLACEMENT.ESTABLISHING COMMUNITY AWARENESS PROGRAMS TARGETING SCHOOLS, CHURCHES AND CIVIC ORGANIZATIONS.ESTABLISHING A 24 HELP CALL LINE AND A RESCUE VAN.DEVELOPMENT OF AN INTENSIVE THERAPEUTIC FOSTER-CARE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR THOSE SELECTED COUPLES THAT WOULD BE APPROPRIATE CARE GIVERS FOR CHILDREN WHO CANNOT RETURN HOME AFTER PLACEMEN
