BY PROVIDING DIRECT SERVICES AND LINKAGES TO OTHER COMMUNITY RESOURCES, LABC STRIVES TO BUILD AN ECONOMIC FOUNDATION THAT WILL ALLOW MEMBERS OF OUR COMMUNITY TO REACH THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL.
