Mission Statement

The Lowell Community Development Corporation exists to improve the quality of life in the Lowell neighborhood through community engagement, equitable housing and historic diversity. We have strived in the past years to improve the quality of Life starting in the home. Partnering with other CDCs, CBO's and Churches to bring more affordable housing, homeownership opportunities and education, education support, health and wellness opportunities and youth leadership and civic engagement. We have developed Rental Rights and Responsibilities workshops that equip tenants contributing to the health and safety of their community.
