ACT AS A FACILITATOR OF THE ABILITY OF EARLY STAGE COMPANIES TO MEET AND INTERACT WITH ACCREDITED INVESTORS, ESTABLISHED BUSINESSES, COMMUNITY LEADERS AND HIGHER EDUCATION LEADERS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HELPING SAID EARLY STAGE COMPANIES TO GROW AND IMPOVE THE ECONOMIC HEALTH OF THE LUBBOCK REGION.
