TO ADVANCE THE CAUSE OF REPRESENTATIONAL FINE ARTS BY OWNING, MAINTAINING,PRESERVING AN HISTORIC BUILDING AND GALLERY IN OLD LYME CT, HOLDING ART EXHIBITS AND CONDUCTING EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND GENERAL PUBLIC.
