TO PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS PURSING A SECONDARY EDUCATION WHO RESIDE IN LYNNFIELD, MASSACHUSETTS AND FIRST RESPONDERS OF THE LYNNFIELD FIRE AND POLICE DEPARTMENT'S CHILDREN.
