Mission Statement

The Fund was created to provide short-term crisis-relief assistance to all active and retired employees of M Crowd Restaurant Group, Inc., and their immediate families. Assistance will be provided for applicants facing sudden, unexpected situations that threaten their health and welfare after other avenues for assistance have been exhausted. Financial assistance is based upon an application process that requires demonstrated need. The M Crowd Familia Fund relies primarily on individual donations from employees and support from M Crowd Restaurant Group, Inc. to fund this program. Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others, can provide a tax-free grant to help a fellow employee in need when they are facing the unexpected.
