The Corporation/Organization is established within the meaning of IRS Publication 557 Section 501c3 Organization of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended the Code or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code and shall be operated exclusively for the corporation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational,religious, or scientific purposes within the meaning of section 501c 3 of the internal revenue code to provide low income, transitional housing or shelter and services to women with or without childrenandyoungadults thatare underserved or disadvantaged that may have been battered, abused, homeless and needing a freshstart.
