TO PROMOTE CONVENTION, TRADE SHOW, MEETING, AND OVERNIGHT TOURISM BUSINESS, AND TOURISM GENERALLY ON MACKINAC ISLAND, MICHIGAN, TO EXTEND ASSISTANCE AND SERVICES TO MEMBERS TO AID THEM IN THE SUCCESS OF THEIR BUSINESS ACTIVITY AND WELL-BEING, AND TO ESTABLISH AND COLLECT AN ASSESSMENT TO PAY THEREFORE.
