CREATE A NON-PROFIT AFFILIATE OF JAMES MADISON UNIVERSITY FEATURING SPACE FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE WORKSHOP, TO PREPARE AND EDUCATE STUDENTS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC ASSISTED BY JMU FACULTY, TO FACILITATE LEARNING RELATED TO THE EDUCATION, HISTORY AND SOCIAL VALUE OF THE AUTOMOBILE.
