Mission Statement

TO PROVIDE ANIMAL PROTECTION AND WELFARE ORGANIZED TO PREVENT CRUELTY TO ANIMALS. MCRA IS A NO-KILL ANIMAL SHELTER WITH A MISSION TO HELP AS MANY HOMELESS AND UNWANTED ANIMALS AS NEEDED. MCRA ALSO RESCUES ANIMALS FROM HIGH KILL SHELTERS FROM OTHER STATES.
