Mission Statement

The purpose of Mandalay Shores Community Association (a Mutual Benefit Corporation) is (1) to foster a sense of community among all owners and residents to working with the City of Oxnard to improve and maintain the character and quality of the neighborhood and (2) to create a safe and attractive community for all residents and to discharge the fiduciary duties in a responsible manner and (3) to fix, establish or levy and collect from its members, dues, fee, charges and assessments, and to enforce any lien which may be provided to secure payment thereof.
