INCOME FROM SALE OF DONATED ITEMS WHICH ARE PRIMARILY FOOD, CLOTHING AND HOUSEHOLD ITEMS IS RELATED TO THE ORGANZIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE AS IT PROVIDES A SOURCE FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES TO AQUIRE ITEMS AT A PRICE THAT FITS THEIR BUDGET MORE READILY THAN AT RETAIL PRICES. THE SALE OF ITEMS ALSO PRODUCES INCOME TO BE USED FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE OF PROVIDING ASSISTANCE TO NEEDY FAMILIES IN EFFINGHAM COUNTY, GEORGIA.
