TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO GIRLS IN NEED OF ROOM, BOARD AND BASIC TO MAXIMUM WATCHFUL OVERSIGHT WHILEPROVIDING CONSISTENCY, REGULAR PARENTING ACTIVITIES, SAFE ENVIROMENT, AND A LOVING AND STABLE HOME. SERVING GIRLS THAT HAVE BEEN ABUSED, NEGLECTED, AND EXPLOITED.
