MARGINATION IS A NONPROFIT IN TROY, NY DEDICATED TO TURNING PEOPLE FROM ALL WALKS OF LIFE INTO LEADERS AND JOB CREATORS. WE'RE BUILDING A NETWORK OF WORKER-OWNED BUSINESSES THAT SHARE RESOURCES AND SUPPORT ONE ANOTHER. WE BELIEVE OUR COOPERATIVE INFRASTRUCTURE COULD BE A MODEL APPROACH FOR COMMUNITIES STRUGGLING WITH POVERTY AND UNEMPLOYMENT.
