THE MARIACHI SCHOLARSHIP FOUNDATION WAS CREATED IN 1996 WITH THE VISION OF EXPANDING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND ENRICHING THE LIVES OF STUDENTS THROUGH PARTICIPATION IN MARIACHI MUSIC.
