MARSHALL HEALTH SERVICES INC (MHS) IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED TO PROVIDE AN INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE DELIVERY SYSTEM THAT PROVIDES QUALITY HEALTH CARE TO MARSHALL, TX AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITIES. IT PROVIDES HEALTH CARE TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH (1) PHYSICIAN OFFICE-BASED MEDICAL SERVICES TO VARIOUS PRIVATE PATIENTS OF PHYSICIAN-EMPLOYEES OF MHS, (2) HOSPITAL-BASED PHYSICIAN SERVIES AND (3) PRIMARY CARE SERVICES THROUGH HOSPITAL BASED AND COMMUNITY BASED CLINICS.
