TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF 2 US SEC 2132 REGARDING THE COST TO REPLACE THE STATE'S STATUE AND TO ENSURE THAT NO UTAH STATE FUNDS ARE USED FOR ANY COST RELATED TO THE CREATION AND PLACEMENT OF THE STATUE OF MARTHA HUGHES CANNON STATUE OR THE REMOVAL OF THE PHILO FARNSWORTH STATUE.
