Mission Statement

This corporation is organized for educational, cultural, and literary purposes, including the origination, sponsoring, and holding of meetings, workshops, film showings, art shows, conventions, and other events concerning fantasy and science fiction, to bring together those who are involved in fantasy and science fiction at all levels, whether in appreciation or through their profession, for their mutual education, and to carry on any business in the furtherance of the foregoing and not inconsistent with the constraints applied by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 as amended.
